Los Angeles County RR/CC

 

Vivian works as a full-time graphic designer and artist for the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk (LAC RR/CC) headquarters in Norwalk, a position she has held since August 2022. She is part of a small, three-person graphics team that collaborates closely with both the media and communications teams, as well as the executive office, to support a wide range of departmental initiatives. 

Artwork consists of social media content, flyers, stickers, posters, banners, pdf slides, professional photography & editing, video content & editing (reels), and many more. Here are some of her and the teams work:

  • "First Time Voter" Sticker

    Two stickers were designed for the 2024 General Election. The first was a reimagining of the existing "I Voted" sticker, originally created by our former head graphic designer, adapted to say "First Time Voter." The second was a collaborative design created in partnership with the LGBTQ+ community to commemorate LGBTQ+ History Month in October.

  • Social Media Graphics

    Social media graphics were created for the county's official page, @lacountyrrcc, where we share election updates and provide information about the various services offered by the Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk's office in Los Angeles County.

  • Artwork Requests

    While our department prioritizes elections, we also manage a wide range of artwork projects for the six other branch locations within the Registrar of Voters, Recorder, and County Clerk departments. These projects include designing posters, flyers, and signs (such as parking and restroom signs, etc.). In addition to creating the graphics, we also handle the production, including mounting them on foam boards or laminating them as needed.
